KeeneTM Building Products’ 0.40-inch-thick (10 mm) entangled polymer net furring strip, called Easy-FurTM, provides a state-of-the-art rainscreen and ventilation system beneath fiber-cement siding, stone veneer, and wood. Because of its special design, Easy-Fur can be quickly installed on walls and easily cut to the desired length. This makes it the fastest furring strip on the market.
Its strong design makes a fantastic foundation for installing siding. Easy-FurTM is a recycled nylon product that measures 4 inches broad (102 mm), 3/8 inches thick (10 mm), and 25 feet long (7.62 meters). Dissimilar to conventional wood furring strips, it won’t split, distort, or decay.
